Policy Statement
Our mission at Suhm Spring Works is to develop and provide products and services that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations. Through this collective effort our objective is the implementation and continual improvement of our Quality Management System.
Quality Policy
1) Compliance – Recognize, understand and conform to customers’ statutory, regulatory and industry requirements to ensure continuing suitability of our strategic direction.
2) Risk Management – Review of all product and service processes, identify any potential risks and take the necessary actions to reduce or mitigate them and enhance customer satisfaction.
3) Exceptional Performance – Develop the processes, procedures and training to allow all employees to perform their jobs right the “first time” in order to meet our customers’ needs and expectations for performance, reliability and safety.
4) Continual Improvement – Take the necessary actions to review and enhance the effectiveness of our Quality Management System to improve processes, products, service and new technologies. Our “Total Quality” concept correlates with our commitment to customer satisfaction through a continuous improvement effort and the meeting of our quality objectives.
Suhm Spring Quality System is certified to ISO 9001:2015. In addition we also in compliance with the nuclear requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B, ANSI N45-2 and 10 CFR Part 21.
